Everyone has to complete a medical and lifestyle questionaire on their first visit - we ask you to arrive early to allow you time to complete this in our relaxation area. On every subsequent visit you will be asked to confirm that none of the details have changed. This is primarily for your protction and to ensure we are aware of any contra-indications before providing tretment. It is also a requirment of our insurers.

Yes you can book as many treatments as you like, your therapist will recommend the most beneficial order for these to be provided to you in, to ensure you acheive the maximum benefit.

NO, they are two seperate businesses and full directions will be given to you to help you find us when making your appointment. If you forget the gate code give us a call or check your text messages as we will always endeavour to send you the code in a message prior to your appointment.

Yes we offer gift vouchers please call us for further details. These can be either for a value or a specific treatment.

The entrance to Forest Song is off the St John's carpark. Please do not park in the Vaults designated spaces as these are strictly for permit holders only and we cannot accept liability for any parking tickets.
