Like those millions of people ignoring their passion and choosing a career that demands to sacrifice peace, my life, too, was confined to the corporate corridors until 2012. My spiritual journey was kindled 5 years ago when I was on my way to the train station. Driving through a thick forest, I began getting premonitions and precognitions.

I’d like to relate this incident to my childhood memories. As a kid, I always felt the presence of my late grandfather, but never tried to look any deeper or beyond. The feelings had almost faded as my work life grew busier. However, that night was a turning point in my life, which changed me forever. I had seen a side of myself which never was, or perhaps, had been asleep all this while.

Over 7 years ago, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis – both chronic pain conditions, which had left me physically, mentally, and emotionally devastated. When all modern medical facilities failed, I eventually turned to holistic healing. That’s when I discovered Reiki and other healing techniques and their amazing potential. That’s exactly where I learnt I can mould my passion into a profession to help those in distress. Thus, began my journey.

Having realised that a balance between mind, body and soul is the key to happiness and health, I’ve touched the life of countless people. Today, I am a well-recognised name when it comes to holistic healing therapies, especially Reiki. As a successful Reiki therapist, I am known for my unique approach towards helping people overcome their inhibitions, work towards achieving goals and reshaping their lives into something better and sustainable.

Presently, I am part of a distant healing group called the Reiki Care Service through The Reiki Association, helping people in need who are unable to attend in person for a period of 7 days. This apart, I am also a volunteer at a Hospice where I carry out Reiki sessions once a week. I’ve honed my skills for Angelic Reiki, Rahanni Celestial Healing, Crystal Healing, Distant Healing, Meditation, and more.

I would like to promote positivity and tell the world that no matter how bad a situation is or how difficult life gets, there’s always a way out. You just need to make an effort, tinker with your life a little, channelise your energy into building the new rather than fighting the old, and most importantly, never give up.
