Bacial Therapy
Bacial Therapy
A Bacial Treatment is a very popular treatment and has the ability to both relax and re-energise. In case the term ‘bacial’ sounds new to you, it is nothing but a full facial for your back. So, just like a facial deeply cleanses and exfoliates the skin on your face, a bacial too improves skin tone and texture and increases blood circulation and makes skin smooth to touch. So, in short, it is back facial for a smoother, clearer, and a glowing back.
The Treatment
A Bacial is a thorough skin treatment specially designed and formulated for your back, basically it is a Facial for the Back. Why would anyone bother, some might ask? Well if you suffer from breakouts or acne on your back then why not visit a professional and thoroughly trained therapist to have these issues dealt with. We see so many adverts all promoting facial skin care but what about other parts of our body. Our backs are exposed when we go swimming, to the beach, spa days, wear our summer wardrobe etc. Plus, who needs an excuse to have some ‘me time’. Life is stressful enough as it is without having to justify to someone why you are looking after your skin.
Back facials use a lot of the same products and techniques used in skin treatments for the face. They cleanse the skin, exfoliate, steam, extract, tone, massage and moisturise. Complete bliss!
Bacials are for both men and women targeting specific skin types such as dry skin, or congested skin.

Treatment Aftercare
- Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins; massage aids the removal of toxins from the body

- Avoid any headache tablets as these too contain caffeine
- Avoid eating a heavy meal. Eat a light and natural diet, as refined and processed foods add to the toxicity levels within the body and hinder the natural healing process
