Forest Restore Ritual

Forest Restore Ritual

Our Forest Restore Ritual is our ultimate wellbeing treatment in the Forest Healer range of therapies.

It combines both the Forest Bathing Ritual and the Forest Flora Facial into one powerhouse of a treatment - all inspired by the Forest.

To begin, you are guided through a grounding and centering visualisation utilise the vibration of Moss Agate crystals. A full dry body brush will then be performed to exfoliate and buff the skin whilst removing older skin cells. A nourishing and fragrant soothing multi-clay body mask is then applied before you are wrapped in a cotton sheet and covered with a blanket to allow the mask to work its magic.

A lavender and patchoul eye pillow is placed over your eyes before a tranquil scalp massage is performed with the sounds of the forest filling the space around you.

You will then have the opportunity to shower off the mask before returning to the therapy couch for a hot stone and jade crystal full body massage using our signature forest healer massage oil.

The face is then cleansed before a second cleanse is performed, working deeper into the skin to remove debris, toxins and excess oil. A gentle exfolation aids in buffing the skin and opening the poors before our Forest Flora Face Mask is applied. With a super gentle and hydrating base this mask is beneficial for all skin types.

A tranquil scalp massage will then be performed before the mask is removed using hot mitts. A rejuvenating face-lift massage, incorporating pressure point and ayurvedic techniques, will lift, firm and tone the skin using a special blend of oils created entirely for this treatment.

The skin is then treated to a pressure point massage using a Jade Crystal Wand before a nourishing serum and light moisture is applied to finish the treatment.

This treatment uses our own specially created Forest Healer range of products.

Everyone client has to complete a medical and lifestyle questionaire on their first visit - we ask you to arrive early (approximately 20 minutes) to allow you time to complete this in our relaxation area.
